Offline orders
Only consignment pop-up and markets are available currently. For the latest update, please refer to the home page and our instagram update.

Delivery
Orders are opened to CANADA ONLY. Canada post will be used for postage. Usually delivery will take about 7-14 days.
Refund and
exchange policy
If you have any issues with products, please contact us with the details and photos. We will arrange refund or exchange for you depends on the situation after investigation.
Lead time and
Cut off day
The cut off days are 14th and 24th of each month. Parcels will be send on 20th and 1st. Any cancellation will be updated on home page or instagram.
Packing &
Product design
Due to our environmental-friendly policy, packing materials will be minimized while keeping the parcel safe and complete.
Besides, products materials and size are subject to change due to unstable stock of materials. Similar size and matching colors will be provided
